Farmhouse with pool nestled near Pisa

After two long years of painstaking restoration works, organized and carried out through the young owners Lorenzo and Donatella  (living on the upper floor of the farmhouse), trying to maintain and to respect nature and traditions of the Tuscan country life.

The 4 apartments  have been restored and furnished with great care, always paying attention to the Tuscan traditions, with chestnut beam ceilings. Three of them are located on the ground floor of the stone farmhouse, whereas one is situated on the upper floor. The apartments are equipped with all mods and cons (independent entrance, underfloor heating, satellite TV, solar cells and laundry for common use).
Great importance has been paid for the use of alternative energy sources for energy conservation, such as solar energy, used for the whole sanitary water heating system of the accommodation, for the underfloor heating and for the heating of the swimming pool.
