The “Due Carpini” tourist farm lies in the heart of the Cartizze production area. Cartizze is a rare and prestigious white wine with a delicate aroma and bouquet and is loved by the true connoisseurs.We’re in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, a mild slope area, with lots of sun, surrounded by rows of tidy vineyards. The view encompasses all the surrounding hills with their harmonic movements that are livened up by warm colours in autumn, while the green becomes brilliant in the summer.The small town of Santo Stefano is an important point on the “Prosecco DOC route” that extends to various towns from Valdobbiadene to Conegliano.The building, with 5 guest-bedrooms, was once the house of the farmers who worked the Cartizze vineyards. It’s encompassed, like two guardian towers, by two majestic white secular hornbeams (carpino).Restructured in 2006 to accommodate only a few people, it is welcoming and intimate. The tourist farm has maintained its antique structural elements, like some wooden beams on the ceiling, the brick walls that are enhanced by the lighting, the window sills and the wrought iron handrail.Three rooms have been decorated with original furniture from the beginning of the last century, while the suite has a romantic canopy bed.They are however complete with all the luxuries for a perfect holiday.Each room has a Sat-TV, air-conditioning, an independent bathroom that is unique in colour and furnishings.The little garden is equipped with chairs, tables and easychairs where you relax and enjoy the beautiful view.An ideal holiday for whoever needs rest and relaxation without forgetting the joy of food, but at the same time enjoying culture and history.
