There is no penalty for cancellations made within -24 hours from check-in

All reservations must be cancelled until 4p.m ( hotel local time)one day before arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room charge. ATTENTION!! SPA WILL BE CLOSED UNTILL MARCH 31ST 2007.

Children & extra beds

To verify the maximum number of allowed beds/baby cots, read the description of the selected room. Extra beds and baby cribs are available upon request and must be confirmed by the property. Extra costs are not automatically calculated in the total sum and will have to be paid separately upon arrival in the property.

L'Aleph è un mio sogno da una vita e sono rimasta assolutamente soddisfatta: posizione perfetta e grande comfort e gusto nell'arredamento. Ottimo desigh hotel

La ubicacion y el confort.

Disadvantages-

Se rompio el aire acondicionado. Tuvimos que pasar 2 días sin aire. Finalmente debimos cambiar de hotel porque el problema no se soluciono. Pero el hotel es grandioso.
