Reservations must be cancelled until 4p.m (hotel local time) 1 day before arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night. During fair dates: 05 to 09 Sept 08; 10 to 17 Jan 09; 15 to 21 May 09; 11 to 16 Sept 09 reservations must be cancelled 30 days before arrival to avoid a penalty of entire stay. PREPAID NOT REFUNDABLE CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE TOTAL COST
