Cancellation terms

There is no penalty for cancellations made within -360 hours from check-in

The terms for the cancellation are: 14 - 8 days before 20% of the price 7 - 4 days before 30% of the price 3 days before 60% of the price from 1 to 2 days 100% of the price In case of no-show, we’ll consider the reservation completely achieved at 12 o’clock of the day after the arriving date, independently of the number of nights reserved, with a penalty equal to the price of the room reserved for one night.

To verify the maximum number of allowed beds/baby cots, read the description of the selected room. Extra beds and baby cribs are available upon request and must be confirmed by the property. Extra costs are not automatically calculated in the total sum and will have to be paid separately upon arrival in the property.
