Large spectacular villa ideal for family reunions, events and weddingsThe main villa is composed of 3 apartments, in addition there is also an independent cottage suitable for 4+2 people.Apartment 1 (2 guests - 60 m²)This is the smallest apartment of the Holiday Home Complex. It is situated entirely on the ground floor with a view of the pool. Entry is by a private gate or directly from the ground floor of the Reception Office. It consists of one double room, bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen complete with oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, living room with double sofa bed and a lovely fireplace. The apartment has air conditioning, telephone, Internet access and Satellite TV.Apartment 2 (8 - 130 m²)This is the largest apartment of the Holiday Home Complex. It is situated on 2 floors. Entry is either direct from the ground floor of the building or by private entrance which opens onto a large space opposite, the original threshing floor, with a pleasant view of the pool. On the ground floor there is the kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and a large living room with fireplace. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedded room. One double room is furnished with a unique loft where there is a comfortable sofa bed for two. In the other double room there is a large characteristic balcony with a splendid view of the country. All the double rooms have: Satellite TV, telephone, Internet access, safe, mini-bar and private bathroom with Jacuzzi hydromassage.Apartment 3 (8 guests - 130 m²) :Apartment 3 takes up the first floor of the complex with the exception of a bedroom which is situated in the “COLOMBAIA” on the second floor . The “colombaia” (the dovecote) is an architectonic element typical in Tuscan farmhouses. Situated on top of the roof, it was a kind of tower which offered refuge for doves and pigeons from the farm. Lodging in this room is a delightful experience. Your elevated quarters allow you to admire all 360° degrees of the Tuscan panorama! All 4 bedrooms are elegantly furnished. They all have air conditioning, mini-bar, safe, and Satellite T.V., telephone and internet access. Bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms. Due to its location the fourth one (Colombaia) has a private bathroom at the base of the staircase up to this delightful tower room. On the first floor there is a games room and an “Internet point” available for use for our guestsCottage (4+2 guests - 100 m²)This was built out of the interior of the ex-barn. It takes up the entire first floor of the Complex. It consists of: a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, living room with fireplace, double bedroom, twin bedded room, bathroom with shower and bathtub, telephone and Satellite TV. What is unique to the apartment is the large loggia, the private garden and direct access to the swimming pool.In the villa there is also a Health and Beauty Center with a hydro-massage bath, sauna and gym.
