Tenuta la Borriana is the ideal place to rest, for holidays, leisure and outdoor life. Placed on hills, it is just 10 km far from Prato and 18 km from Florence. Tenuta la Borriana is immersed in the marvellous countryside of Tuscany which, with its colours, panoramic view and unique landscape, is framed in its XV century stone building.

The Borgo has six apartments and nine rooms, furnished with taste, elegance, comfort and modern furniture.

Attached to the building there is an area for picnic  and garden games for kids; You can hike or mountainbiking in the wood, the trail is suitable for kids as well; In the woods it's not difficult to see local wild animals, such as: hares, pheasants, wild boars and deer.

During the stay, guests can  spend their time in the swimming pool area that is equipped with gazebo sunbeds and chairs.You can book to participate to the September October grape-harvest.

In the old barn there is the restaurant where you can taste a special tuscan cooking with our production wines and Tuscan and Italian wines. We organize cultural and food&wine tours, wine and oil tastings with products of our and of the other farms of the area. On request is possible to attend the grape harvest in september-october

For sport lovers, there is the golf field Le Pavoniere, 5 km far from the estate, tennis field and fishing
