There is no penalty for cancellations made within -24 hours from check-in
For late cancellations 1 night will be charged. For following special periods: 29 Sep-04 Oct 2008; 14-18 Oct 2008; 27-29 Oct 2008; 01-06 Apr 2009; 14-16 Apr 2009; 28 Sep-02 Oct 2009; 12-14 Oct 2009 all reservations must be cancelled 30 days before arrival to avoid a penalty of the whole stay charge. PREPAID NOT REFUNDABLE: YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR BOOKING THE AMOUNT CHARGED IS NOT REFUNDABLE
